• Socialize and learn with arts and humanities lectures, hands-on classes, day trips, and discussion groups

• Take charge of your health with exercise and wellness classes

• Discover the joy of giving back to your community through volunteer opportunities

Programs can be taken in person at our Center at the Macy's Home Store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, or virtually via Zoom.

Membership is free and available to anyone who is 50 or better.
