The Department of Family Services Adult and Aging Division includes programs and resources to support older adults, adults with disabilities and family caregivers. Offers case management and prevention services to older and vulnerable adults who require assessment and services to promote independence, wellbeing, and institutionalized placement when appropriate. Experienced social workers answer calls, listen to your questions and concerns, and then help you find appropriate resources. Interpretation services are available.
