Description

Senior Helpline provides adults 50+ with confidential information and referral services. Trained volunteers identify callers' needs and provide referrals for various resources, including, but not limited to, housing, home care, food, and legal issues. Volunteers educate the callers on how to advocate for themselves and their families by providing important questions to ask when acquiring services. Volunteers may also update and organize traditional files and computer database files for Senior HelpLine and Home Care Resource Center. Contact to apply.
