Description
Gentle low impact mind and body exercise through Chi Gong and then instructions of Yang style Tai chi 8 form and the first half of the 24 forms. Focus will be on fundamentals including relaxation, posture, Tai Chi Walk, basic movements and balance. For Senior Program members only.
