This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information when you access and use the websites, mobile applications, and other online and offline products and services owned and operated by WISE Cities, including but not limited to wisecities.us, wisenavigator.us, and wisestates.us (individually and collectively, the "Site" or "Sites"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). The term "Services" will include the offered "Sites." Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Policy also apply to information that you submit to us offline and to Personal Information (as described below) that we may collect from third parties.
Our services are currently limited to users in the United States and this policy is thus intended for US based users.

INFORMATION COLLECTED DIRECTLY FROM YOU

You may also provide Personal Information about another person ("User") for whom you may be seeking Services.

- Commercial information, including records of marketing materials and peer-to-peer relationships with network service providers;
- Form Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website such as when registering for an account, for the newsletter signup, or other contexts;
- Your search queries on our Sites;
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us;
- Your responses to surveys that we might invite you to complete for research purposes;
- Feedback you provide to us about our Services, including in response to surveys, through our customer service process, or when you report a problem with our Services.
INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM SITE USAGE
We may automatically collect information about you from your use of our Services, including by using website analytics tools or other technologies, like cookies and web beacons (which are described in more detail below).
The Company acknowledges that our Sites utilizes one or more website analytic services, which may record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity and text entered into our Sites by users. These services do not collect personally identifiable information that is not voluntarily entered into our Sites by the user. WISE Cities uses the information collected by these service providers to improve the usability and other features of our Sites.

AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM
By providing a wireless phone number to WISE Cities, you agree that WISE Cities may call or send text messages to the wireless phone number for any purpose, including marketing purposes, using all methods now known and discovered in the future, including, but not limited to, auto-dialers, pre-recordings, and general telemarketing practices. This consent may be removed upon request, as described in the Terms of Use.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM OTHER SOURCES
We may collect information about you from other sources. For example, we may collect information about you from:
- Users (if you are not the User) or a person who contacts us seeking Services for a User;
- Service Providers advertising on WISE Cities;
- Third-party social media services, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, that you use to interact with our Services (e.g., to provide feedback on our Services) or that allow you to share information (e.g., via plugins, widgets or other tools); and
